I had not used plasticboxshop before, so you are always a bit worried about using a new supplier.
My order arrived very swiftly but unfortunately one of the items was damaged, a quick email and a few days later a replacement item arrived in perfect condition. I always judge a company on how it handles mistakes, as all of us make mistakes. In this case the plasticboxshop were excellent. They sorted out the error, which to be fair was probably caused by their shipping agents, extrememly quickly and with little fuss. I was impressed. So although an item arrived damaged the way the problem was handled still means I am happy to award 5 stars. I think the proof of the pudding is " would you use this company again? " and I definitely would.

I always buy these storage boxes. So well made and strong. The hinges work so well and they last for years. However would be nice to have a choice of various bright colours colours!
